Using the James Webb Space Telescope, astronomers have discovered a rare giant planet.
The planet is roughly the size of Saturn, but its temperature is surprisingly Earth-like.
Usually, giant planets are either extremely hot or extremely cold.
Because of this, scientists call the new planet a 'temperate' giant.
The telescope also detected methane, a gas, in the planet's atmosphere.
This unusual world could help experts understand how planets form.
Studying it may answer questions that older telescopes could not.
